Adrian Vasile graduated the National University of Music in Bucharest, obtaining his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree under Professor’s Marian Movileanu guidance.

Between 2010 and 2013, he was the principal viola of the Pitești Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2013, Adrian joined the Romanian National Opera House Orchestra in Bucharest, shortly followed by his employment at the Romanian Radio Chamber Orchestra, where he worked between 2014 and 2016.

Adrian Vasile won numerous prizes at national and international competitions like: The Competition for Instrumental Interpretation (Pitești), 3rd place (2000); Young Talents National Competition for Instrumental Interpretation (Slatina), 1st place (2001); The Competition for Instrumental Interpretation (Râmnicu Vâlcea), 1st place (2002); The Competition for Instrumental Interpretation (Drobeta Turnu Severin), 1st place (2004); “George Georgescu” International Competition for Instrumental Interpretation (Tulcea), 1st place; “Johann Sebastian Bach” Competition (Cluj), Diploma of ExcellenceConcorso Musicale Internazionale “Giovanni Pavese” (Italy), 1st place; “George Georgescu” International Competition for Instrumental Interpretation (Tulcea), 1st place (2005); Concorso Musicale Internazionale “Lorenzo Perosi” (Italy),1st place (2006); The Competition for Instrumental Interpretation (Arad), 1st place (2012); “Victor Giuleanu” National Competition (Bucharest), The Grand Prize for the best chamber music group.

As principal viola, Adrian collaborated with the some of the finest Romanian orchestras like the “George Enescu” State Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal Chamber Orchestra, “Virtuozii” Orchestra, Lanto Arte Chamber Orchestra, Bucharest Symphony Orchestra, Romanian Youth Orchestra, and the Romanian National Symphony Orchestra. Concert tours have taken him to China, France, Italy, Germany, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Hungary, Austria, Holland, Israel, Albania, Corsica, Norway, and Monaco.

Currently, he is a Ph.D. candidate at the National University of Music in Bucharest, member of the Romanian National Radio Orchestra, principal viola of the Romanian National Opera House Orchestra in Bucharest and collaborates with the CHAARTS Ensemble in Switzerland.
