Exclusive Corporate Events
Our ensembles can transform corporate events into unique experiences. Through high-quality concerts and recitals, we bring music into the professional environment, offering your guests memorable moments and authentic inspiration.

Extraordinary Concerts
Events supported exclusively by sponsors will have the sponsor’s name incorporated into the event title.
Our organization offers partners the capability to manage every aspect required to create remarkable experiences, providing a dedicated team that has successfully delivered numerous events with national and international visibility.

Packages:

Silver – €3000 per year

• Free access to concerts performed by our ensembles in Romania
• The opportunity to accompany the Romanian String Quartet, Romanian Chamber Orchestra, or Romanian Symphony Orchestra to one of their concerts in Europe
• Access to all “Artist Talk” events
• Invitations to all dress rehearsals of our ensembles
• Logo placement on all visual materials used for both online and offline communication
• Logo placement on all printed materials distributed nationally and internationally
• Logo placement in the dedicated partners section on our ensembles’ websites
• Sponsor mention in the descriptions of posts on the association’s and orchestra’s social media pages
• Sponsor mention in press releases sent to the media
• Silver networking benefit – a dedicated space for companies in the concert hall foyers, including complimentary catering after each concert in Romania
• Complimentary promotional materials from the Romanian String Quartet, Romanian Chamber Orchestra, and Romanian Symphony Orchestra, including autographed items

Gold – €5000 per year
Everything included in the Silver package, plus:

• A full section dedicated to the sponsor on our ensembles’ website
• Inclusion in video materials produced during our events
• Gold networking benefit – a dinner at a restaurant together with the Artistic Director, members of our ensembles, and other Gold partners

Platinum – €8000 per year
Everything included in the Silver and Gold packages, plus:

• Production of a dedicated video spot for the sponsor, promoted on the orchestra’s and the association’s social media pages
• Screening of video spots provided by the sponsor during events, where the venue allows
• The opportunity to set up a sponsor stand, where space permits
• Sponsor roll-up displayed at all national and international events
• The opportunity to deliver a speech during concerts held in Romania
• Invitations to out concerts in Romania for company employees, upon request and prior agreement
• Platinum networking benefit – exclusive dinners with the Artistic Director, members of our ensembles, and other Platinum partners

Rhodium – from €10.000 per year
Everything included in the Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages, plus:

• One complimentary Romanian String Quartet concert per year, performed as part of a company-organized event
